🚚 Delivery

 

  1. We provide an estimated delivery timeline during checkout. While we aim to meet these timelines, they are not guaranteed.
  2. Once tracking details are shared with the customer, JPC Jewels is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit by third-party couriers.
  3. In the event of transit damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and retain the packaging for claim processing.
