- Ready for Dispatch items are shipped within 2 working days.
- Made-to-order pieces may take 2 to 30 working days, depending on the intricacy of the design and production schedule.
All domestic orders are insured during transit for peace of mind.
🌍 International Shipping (USA, UK & Select European Countries)
We proudly ship our handcrafted jewelry to customers in:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands (and select other European countries)
🔄 International Shipping Timelines:
- Ready for Dispatch items are shipped within 2-3 working days.
- Made-to-order items may take 7 to 30 working days to prepare, based on design and volume.
International delivery may take 5 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance and local courier operations.
Note: Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or taxes levied by their country’s regulations.
📦 Delivery Process
To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide the correct recipient name, full address, landmark, pin/ZIP code, and active contact number.
Upon delivery, the recipient may be asked to present one of the following ID proofs:
- Passport
- PAN Card
- Driver’s License
- Voter ID
- Aadhaar Card (India only)
If the package appears tampered, do not accept it. Kindly inform us immediately at [email protected] with photos or videos.
If the recipient is unavailable, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If still unsuccessful, the item will be returned to us.
🏠 Change of Delivery Address
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can request a change of address by emailing us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
🔐 Insurance
All orders—domestic and international—are covered by transit insurance until delivery.
For domestic purchases above ₹25,000, we also offer one-year insurance covering fire, theft, burglary, and similar risks, in alignment with our insurance partner’s terms.
